Position Overview:
The Associate Manager of Grants will manage the FSNR (Feed the Future Liberia Food Security, Nutrition, and Resilience) activity’s grant portfolio. Responsibilities include developing and overseeing grant management programs, ensuring compliance with USAID regulations, and providing technical assistance to build local partner capacities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize the grants management program.
- Ensure compliance with RTI and USAID policies.
- Perform pre-award assessments and manage grant documentation.
- Monitor grantee reports and expenses.
- Support acquisition of assets and manage asset disposition.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience, or Master’s degree and 3 years of experience.
- Knowledge of USAID regulations and grants management.
- Strong financial, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience in agriculture, nutrition, or resilience programming is a plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
