  • Prepare various pastries including cakes, cookies, pies, and bread.
  • Innovate and create new desserts to refresh the menu.
  • Decorate pastries attractively.
  • Monitor and manage ingredient stocks and orders.
  • Ensure quality and maintenance of cooking equipment.
  • Guide and motivate pastry assistants and bakers.
  • Help with recruitment and training of new staff.
  • Maintain cleanliness and adherence to health and safety standards.




Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Culinary school qualification.
  • Previous experience in a similar role (2-5 years in Western Cuisine).
  • Teamwork and communication skills.
